Rob Martino is New Jersey and New York-based drummer, composer, and educator. He received his Bachelor of Music from Temple University and a Master of Music from McGill University in Montréal, Canada He has performed with some world-class jazz musicians including Grammy-nominated Ambrose Akinmusire, and John Hollenbeck.

Martino has traveled all over the U.S. with various groups including the All Hands On Deck Show. He has composed and arranged for the Materia Collective and is also the drummer for NMLSTYL: an audiovisual project by Joey Michalina Mariano, a Philadelphia-based electronic musician, coder, and visual artist.

He was the recipient of the 2018 Philadelphia Jazz Project: Mysterious Travelers Commission, and attended the School for Improvisational Music (SIM) Workshop directed by Ralph Alessi in 2019.

Martino is currently working on an upcoming analog synth/acoustic drum album and has released a suite of electronic compositions on Bandcamp.
